To start with click on the link to change your main template, erase EVERYTHING in the box, and copy and paste from the textarea.
Now, change all the "USERNAME"s to YOUR diaryland user name. Like this:
Change this: http://USERNAME@diarland.com to http://whateveryourusernameis@diaryland.com
Okay, now you'll need to chane the %%NEXT%% and %%PREV%% links to lowercase.
click the "ok" button, and go back to where you first came from, click on the link to change your older entries, and copy and paste, like before, and you dont have to change anything
